  Corrective action. Ensure that certificate validations are obtained for all staff.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed four of four staff files. One file was missing a CRC. Manager stated CRC was sent off on April 1, 2024.

  Corrective action. Ensure not to employ a person without first obtaining a Criminal Record Check.
