Observation. Licensing tested the hot water in the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Both were over 49 degrees. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care. Supervision plan put in place while on site. Licensing to come out and re-test the hot water. Full compliance will not be met until the water is tested under 49 degrees Celsius, by Licensing.
Corrective action. Ensure any heated hot water accessible to children is heated to no more than 49 degrees Celsius.
