  Observation. Licensing reviewed one volunteer file and observed one file missing record of the person's immunization records and/or immunization status.

  Corrective action. Ensure not to employ a person as a volunteer who does not provide care to children or supervise children if the licensee or the manager has first met with the person and obtained all of the following: evidence that the person has complied with the Province’s immunization and tuberculosis control programs.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed 10 children's files and observed one file missing evidence of a signed parent contract that included evidence the parent agreed to and was aware of the facility repayment policy.

  Corrective action. Ensure to keep a copy of the written statement, referred to in Section 19 of the Act, that the licensee delivers to persons who prepay part of the cost of services.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed 10 children's files and observed one file missing the name and telephone number of a Medical Practitioner, one file missing the telephone number of a medical practitioner and one file missing an emergency contact.
