  Observation. Licensing observed the hot water temperature was 63 degrees Celsius. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children. Licensee turned the hot water off at the tap during the inspection and would not be turned on until Licensing could retest. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.

  Corrective action. Ensure that any heated water accessible to children is heated to no more than 49 degrees Celsius.

  Observation. Licensing observed a Corrective Action Plan in Place for Lead In Water. Corrective Action Plan states daily water flushes will be documented. Licensee stated the water is flushed daily, but haven't been recorded since October 2021.

  Corrective action. Ensure the community care facility is operated in manner that promotes the health and safety of children in care.

  Observation. Licensing tested the hot water in the bathroom. Water tested 65 degrees Celsius. This is an immediate hazard to the health and safety of children. Supervision plan was put in place until hot water can be turned down and retested by Licensing.

  Corrective action. Ensure heated water accessible to children is heated no more than 49 degrees Celsius.
