  Observation. Licensing observed attendance records did not have time of arrival or departure.

  Corrective action. Ensure daily attendance records indicate each time of arrival and departure.

• The licensee must not permit a person over the age of 12 to be ordinarily present on the premises of a community care facility while children are present, unless the person is of good character and the licensee has obtained a criminal record check for that person.

  Observation. Licensing observed one person living in the home over the age of 12 without a completed Criminal Record Check.

• A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed 6 of 6 children's files. One file was missing MSP number. While on site the parent provided the MSP number and it was added to the child's file.

  Corrective action. Ensure to keep a record for all children including MSP number.
