A licensee must: (b) have an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency.
Observation. Licensing observed the following: - Fire extinguisher has been expired since Dec. 2024 - The emergency kit supplies had expired food
Corrective action. The licensee said she will get the fire extinguisher inspected since it was missed. The emergency kit supplies will also be replenished to ensure there are enough supplies for each child and herself in case of an emergency.
