- EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.
Observation. Outdoor fence had exposed nails and areas of rotting wood causing the fence to lean and wobble.
Corrective action. The manager said new panels and beams to secure the fence will be placed to temporarily fix the fence and ensure exposed nails are not accessible to children until the fence can be fully replaced.
