  A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.

  Observation. The bathroom in the facility was in need of cleaning, as there was dirt, dust and build up observed on the equipment and appliances.

  Corrective action. Manager said the areas will be cleaned today.

  Observation. Licensing noted the name and telephone number of a medical practitioner was not recorded for one child.

  Corrective action. Ensure a record is kept for each child showing the name and telephone number of a medical practitioner.

  Observation. Licensing observed a wooden train track set and play kitchen located in the outdoor area accessible to children, that were unclean and covered with what appeared to be mold.
