    A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

    Observation. LO observed and discussed below observation with the Manager: - shelving unit within the small playroom to be installed against the wall; or make the metal brackets not accessible to the children. - missing gate on top of the stairs. The manager said that new gate will be installed. - lighter and garderning shovel stored outside ( garden); make it inacccessible to the children.

    Corrective action. Please ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are in care.

    Observation. The following were observed and discussed with the Manager: - holes on the playpen's mesh used for nap. - all napping mats with rips; this does not allow proper sanitization after each use.

    Corrective action. Please ensure that all furniture and equipment are clean and in good repair.

    A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

    Observation. The following were observed and discussed with Manager today: - Naproom: playpen's mesh panel has hole. This could pose safety hazard. Please ensure that Playpen used for napping has no rips or tears. - Storage closet: a child safety lock is needed to make it inaccessible to the children and prevent finger pinch. - Door: some maintenance required to the door frame weatherstrip seal (scratched and ripped).

    Corrective action. Please ensure a healthy and safe environment is provided all times while children are in care.
