    A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

    Observation. LO observed and discussed the following with Manager onsite: Outdoor Play Area: -Large steel hammock stand to be stored safely out of children's reach. -Plastic back from the wooden bench is broken, exposing sharp plastic edges. Indoor Area: - Diaper creams stored in cubbie area were accessible to all children ( Corrected during inspection).

    Corrective action. Please ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are in care.
