Ensure that the children's records, that are readily available to the staff when taking the children off site, are complete with the required emergency medical information. *Correct by: October 2, 2025.* Other facility records, such as the outdoor play space inspection log, minor incident log, daily attendance, and child care plans were reviewed and they appeared complete and up to date.
