Additionally, submit a plan that outlines how the care plans will be maintained to ensure they contain the required information.

  Observation. A child's medication is expired. Expired medication increase risk to the child due to the medication not being effective causing delayed emergency response. Submit to licensing by April 23, 2026, evidence the expired medication has been replaced. Additionally, submit a plan that demonstrates how staff will ensure children's medications are within date.

  Observation. Systems in place to ensure children do not have access to anything that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child appear to be ineffective. Licensing observed several products accessible to children that should be kept inaccessible, such as diapering cream, sunscreens, and personal hygiene products.
