• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. During a review of all employee records it was noted that one record did not have a validation in the file, and one had a validation for a previous certificate. In order to demonstrate that employees have the training and experience necessary to carry out their assigned duties, a validation of current certification is required. Notify Licensing on or by June 6, 2025 that validations have been added to the employee records as necessary.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. A gate that separates the laundry/kitchen area was not adequately engaged to prevent children from accessing this area that has hazardous materials stored there. This was resolved upon discussion with the manager.

• C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

  Observation. C4.1E - Reg. 57 - A child record was observed today missing special instruction in writing from the parent regarding a potential medical event. Ensure this file is complete and a system implemented to ensure all child records are complete as per section 57 of the Child Care Licensing Regulation.
