- Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that the ratio of employees to children attending a community care facility is no less than that permitted in Schedule E.
Observation. At the time of Licensing's inspection the children had been supervised by a Responsible Adult.
Corrective action. Ensure that the ratio of employees to children is correct.
3030 - CCLR 34(2)(b) - A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.
Observation. At the time of the inspection one child's record had an invalid medical services number.
Corrective action. Ensure that all children in care have valid medical services numbers on file.
