  Observation. Licensing audited two staff's files. One staff is missing their Criminal Record Check Result.

  Corrective action. Ensure that staff's Criminal Record Check Result was on file.

  Observation. Licensing observed an small single person trampoline was placed in the outdoor play space without a 6 feet clearance.

  Corrective action. Ensure that a 6 feet clearance around equipment was applied.

  Observation. Licensing audited two staff's files. No staff had their immunization status on file.

  Corrective action. Ensure that staff's immunization status was on file.

  3010 - CCLR 19(1)(f)
• A licensee must ensure that each employee practices implementing the fire drill system at least once each month,

  Observation. Licensing observed that the fire drill for January 2024 was not completed.

  Corrective action. Ensure that fire drill was practised each month.

  3010 - CCLR 22(2)(b)
• In respect of a record referred to in this Division, a licensee must (a) keep in a single place at the community care facility the records referred to in sections 56 to 58,

  Observation. Licensing audited staff and children's files. Some of the files were not on site.

  Corrective action. Ensure that files were kept in a single place.

  3070 - CCLR 59(a)
• A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.

  Observation. Licensing audited five children's flies. four children's records did not show their gender information.

  Corrective action. Ensure that children's records show the following information: name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number and immunization status;
