    Observation. Nap mats in the Daycare 1 classroom were fraying and in need of repair or replacement.

    Corrective action. The Manager will address the nap mats in need of repair or replacement.

    Observation. During a review of the fire drill records in the 3-5 program, it was found that the fire drill was not practiced and recorded on February 2022.

    Corrective action. Please ensure fire drill records are practiced and recorded every month.

    Observation. The staff and children's files were unavailable for review at the time of inspection and staff explained that they didn't have access to them. The Manager was contacted after this inspection and she said that staff do have access to the files and is unsure why they said otherwise.

    Corrective action. Please ensure staff and children's files are produced on demand to the Licensing Officer.
