    Observation. Licensing observed the following in the playroom: - A broken outlet cover. - Paint peeling off and exposed wall.

    Corrective action. The Manager will fix and repair the identified items.

    A licensee must ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child.

    Observation. An unlocked cabinet in the bathroom contained Febreze spray that was accessible to children.

    Observation. The sign-in/out sheet was reviewed and children were not signed in yesterday and today. Licensing also explained that School Age children must be signed in and out every time they arrive and leave the facility.

    Corrective action. The Manager will ensure children are signed in/out as required.
