Corrective action. The manager will either repair the netting or remove the trampoline.

Observation. The manager was able to produce last years minior incident log. However, could not produce this years log. The staff stated that it has not been updated since last year.
Corrective action. Please ensure there are a current record of minor incidents, illnesses and unexpected events involving children that did not require medical attention.

A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.
Observation. Upon inspection, a room designated for children's use is being used to store materials such as a vacuum, refrigerator, crib, couch and boxes. There are some play materials for children but there is not enough space for children to move freely. The couch also has rips, exposing the material under. At the inspection, the licensee stated they are waiting to do some spring cleaning and will provide licensing with a plan to make this room available for children's use.
Corrective action. Please ensure the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.

Observation. Upon inspection of the outdoor play yard, there were chairs lined along the fence that posed a hazard should a child climb over the fence.
