  Observation. Upon review of the children's records, 1 child's file did not contain an authorized pick up other than the parent.

  Observation. Licensing asked to review the minor incident log book and Licensee said that she did not have one.

  A licensee must ensure that any heated water accessible to children is heated to no more than 49° Celsius.

  Observation. Upon inspection, the water in the washroom that was used by the children was heated to 60 degrees Celsius.

  Corrective action. Please ensure that any heated water accessible to the children is not more than 49 degrees Celsius.

  Observation. Upon inspection, the walls where children had walked previously, were visibly dirty.

  Corrective action. Please ensure the facility is clean and in good repair.
