Observation. Regarding intake November 19, 2025. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that children in care were subjected to harsh, belittling, and degrading treatment by another child.

Observation. Regarding intake November 19, 2025. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that children were not adequately supervised by qualified employees in sufficient numbers to meet their needs
