  Observation. Licensing observed a person over the age of 12 ordinarily present had a Criminal Record Check that had expired in February 2024.

  Corrective action. Ensure licensee must not permit a person over the age of 12 to be ordinarily present unless they have obtained a Criminal Record Check for that person.
