A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. Licensing observed a roll of toilet paper sitting on the back of the toilet in the 30 months to School Age room. Manager explained that the toilet paper holder was broken and removed.
Corrective action. Manager said toilet paper holder will be replaced.
