Observation. Licensing observed, while reviewing the children's records that one child did not have a medical plan number on the record.
Corrective action. Ensure that a record showing the medical insurance plan number is kept on all children in care.

Observation. In discussion with the Licensee it was stated that a child had incurred a minor injury but that the event had not been documented nor the parent notified.
Corrective action. Ensure that any minor injury to a child along with parent notification is noted in a log of minor accidents.
3070 - CCLR 56(1)(f) - A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information:(i) a photograph or digital image of the child, and other information that can be used to readily identify the child in an emergency
Observation. Licensing observed that all children had a photo on file.
