  Observation. 1 staff has a CRC from Immigration. This person requires a BC CRC. 1 staff has completed a CRC in 2022. The clearance letter was not on file. The Manager has the letter she thinks on email and will call the CRC Branch.

  Staff ratios and group sizes comply with Schedule E. [CCLR Sec. 34(2)(a)]

  Observation. Today's inspection revealed Responsible Adult staff working in ratio. A regular staff is away on a 2 month vacation. As previously discussed an RA can replace an ECEA who is away on vacation.

  Upon agreeing to administer medications, a competent employee is available at all times to administer and document administration of the medications. [CCLR Sec. 53(3)]

  Observation. A medication left for staff to administer today did not have a completed Medication Administration form by the parent.

  A healthy and safe environment is provided at all times [CCLR Sec. 13(1)].

  Observation. The fridge did not have a thermometer measuring temperature. A shelf over 4 ft was not bolted to the wall.

  Observation. 3 new RA staff do not have complete staff files.
