    Observation. 1 child in care requires an Epi-pen for an Anaphylactic allergy. The Epi-pen is on site, is valid and is kept in the child's cubby.

    Observation. 2 Emergency consent forms are missing from children's records. These consents should be kept in the outside backpack and in the Reg binder.

    Observation. Several care card/Personal Health care numbers are missing from the Registration form. As discussed if the family is a new immigrant they must include the private health care information. One child has an allergy to a tree nut written on the Registration form by the parent. After discussing with the staff person there was no plan for this allergy, the parent had not been asked about an Emergency procedure if the child is accidentally exposed.
