    Observation. Licensing observed the five children and one staff (ECE) playing in the outdoor play space with another licensed facility (six children and one staff (ECE)). Staff stated that they were sharing the backyard space to conduct an art activity with the children. In total there were 11 children with two staff. The facility's Licence capacity is eight children.

    Corrective action. Ensure that the Licensee operates the community care facility in a manner that will promote the health, safety and dignity of persons in care specifically the maximum capacity on Licence.
