    Observation. Licensing observed the water flushes had not been recorded since April 13, 2026. Licensee stated she flushed the water but did not record. The Corrective Action Plan indicated water would be flushed and recorded.

    Observation. Licensing observed the cat litter box on the floor and toilet bowl cleaner on the sink in the washroom.
