• A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.

  Observation. Licensing audited six children's files. One child's record did not have a medical insurance plan number.

  Corrective action. Ensure all children's records contain a record showing a medical insurance plan number.

• A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure

  Observation. Licensing observed several attendance records between November 2025 and February 2026 did not indicate both the arrival and departure of the child.

  Corrective action. Ensure attendance records indicate both the arrival and departure times of each child.

• A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (b) date of enrolment in the community care facility

  Observation. Licensing audited six children's files. One child's file did not contain the date of enrolment.

  Corrective action. Ensure a record is kept for each child showing the date of enrolment.
