  Observation. Licensing observed that a pool with standing water and an inflatable bouncy castle had been added to the outdoor play area.

  Corrective action. Ensure all indoor and outdoor play equipment accessible to children are safety constructed, free form hazards and in good repair.

  Observation. Licensing audited attendance records for April and May 2025, two children were missing time of departure for April 2, and Two children were missing time of departure for May 6, 2025 and some areas had been left blank and did not clearly indicate if a child was absent or present.

  Corrective action. Ensure a record is kept showing time of arrival and departure for each child and if a child is absent or present.

  Observation. Licensing audited six children's files, one was missing name and telephone number of medical practitioner and two were missing emergency contact.

  Corrective action. Ensure a record containing name and telephone number of medical practitioner and emergency contact is kept for each child.
