• Log kept of all inspections, maintenance & repairs

  Observation. Licensing observed there was days in the months of 2023 that were missing logs of inspections, maintenance and repairs of the outdoor play space.

  3070 - SPS DOLSOP (Log Kept)
• A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner (doctor's name and number does not apply to REC only) and emergency contact

  Observation. Licensing audited nine children's files and one child's file was missing a name and telephone number of a medical practitioner.

  Corrective action. Ensure that all children's files contain a record of a name and telephone number of a medical practitioner.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed four children's files. Two files did not contain immunization status.

  Observation. Licensing observed facility records, children's records, logs and policies were not kept in a single place and available for review.

  Corrective action. Ensure records referred to Sections 56-58 are kept in a single place at the community care facility.
