• A licensee must establish a program to instruct children in, and to practise the rules of, health and hygiene.

  Observation. Licenisng observed that a sink were children washed their hands had nothing provided for hand drying. Licensee stated she usually provided children with individual hand drying paper towels but she was out of them on this date.

  Corrective action. Ensure a program practices establishes pracitces of health and hygiene.

  Observation. Licensing audited four children's files three were missing a record showing persons not permitted access.

  Corrective action. Ensure a record is kept showing a record of persons not permitted access.
