Observation. Licensing observed the loose fill material to be insufficient to meet minimum requirements outlined in the Director of Licensing Standard of Practice- Safe Play Space. A black layer of surfacing is exposed due to the lack of loose fill under the swings, and dirt ground is exposed in the surrounding area.

Observation. One medical care plan was not completed with current information. The child requiring life saving medication was not present during the inspection, and the medication was not observed. Manager informed that the child brings his medication in his backpack daily. An updated set of care plan templates will be sent as a resource.

CCFL to send a resource. *A container of Lysol wipes and spray bottle of cleanser was observed on a low counter in the upstairs room within children's reach.
