Observation. Licensing reviewed the facilities policy and procedure manual. There was no evidence of active play, screen use or transportation policies.
Corrective action. The Manager stated that the facility policy and procedure manual will be reviewed. Licensing will send the Manager some resources by email.

Observation. Although the Manager stated that fire and emergency drills have been conducted, their was no documentation in respect to drills being conducted.
Corrective action. The Manager stated that moving forward all drills will be recorded.

Observation. The fire extinguishers on site have expired.

Observation. Upon an inspection of children's files, Licensing noted that enrollment dates were not noted. Education was provided on the intent of noting enrollment dates.
Corrective action. Ensure that for each child a record showing the date of enrollment is kept.

Observation. Upon an inspection of 4 children's files, Licensing noted that 2 were missing immunization status declaration.
Corrective action. Ensure children's files are complete.

Observation. Upon an inspection of three staff files, Licensing noted that one staff member's criminal record check had not been obtained.
Corrective action. Ensure a criminal record check is obtained for all employees before start of employment.
