  Observation. Ceramic planters have been placed on overhead shelving in the activity area and there is no earthquake measures in place to prevent them from sliding of the shelf onto children. The indoor gross motor equipment has been placed over a hard surface. The outdoor gate between the programs is broken.

  Observation. Some of the wood items such as bannisters and sandbox covers are splintering with rot.
