    Observation. The outdoor climbing structure has not been removed. The upper level has been roped off until so children cannot use it. The structure is old and worn with missing pieces and is no longer integral to the manufacturer's specifications.

    Observation. There is a staff working without the appropriate CRC as required under the Criminal Records Review. There is a police check in her file. Criminal Records Review Act The Criminal Records Review Act, which came into force January 1, 1996, was designed to help protect children from individuals whose criminal record indicates they pose a risk of physical or sexual abuse. Since January 1, 2011 the Act includes mandatory checks for individuals working with vulnerable adults. Criminal Records Review Program (CRRP) The Criminal Records Review Program is the part of the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General. The program is responsible for processing criminal record checks under the Criminal Record Review Act in order to determine the risk an individual may pose when working with children and/or vulnerable adults. The Deputy Registrar makes the determination if the individual presents a risk.

    Observation. There is a broken chair, a broken turtle sandbox lid and two splintering wooden tables in the outdoor play area.

The landscape borders holding back the pea gravel are also showing rot and splintering.
