Observation. There is a gap under the new fence that should be decreased. Part of the outdoor play space is coned off due to sightline challenges.

Observation. The outdoor area has been ravaged by the snow and rain over the winter. The hill where the fence is located has significant erosion, which has exposed the fence post footing making the fence unstable and created large gaps under the fence. The play area has experienced flooding from the water running off the bank. The gate latch which is accessible to children was not locked while the play are was in use.
