  Observation. There are pieces of wood with glass stacked up behind the shed, these could fall onto a child. There are cords and other items accessible to children adjacent to the house, under the stairs / porch area as a result of a recent project. The play space has a strong urine odor. The carpet edges are curled creating a tripping hazard. There is a foam mat with torn / worn edges making it difficult to adequately clean and sanitize.

  Observation. THIS IS A CONTINUING CONTRAVENTION FROM THE JUNE 20, 2023 ROUTINE INSPECTION. There were 6 children under 48 months in care. Ratio was discussed with the licensee during the routine inspection as were temporary placements.

  Observation. The attendance lists indicate that at times there are up to 6 children in care under 48 months. The licensee was asked to produce the CCLR but she was unable to locate a copy and said that she thought she could have more younger children.
