There are cords and other items accessible to children adjacent to the house, under the stairs / porch area as a result of a recent project. The play space has a strong urine odor. The carpet edges are curled creating a tripping hazard. There is a foam mat with torn / worn edges making it difficult to adequately clean and sanitize.
