  Observation. THIS IS A CONTINUING CONTRAVENTION FROM THE JUNE 20, 2023 ROUTINE INSPECTION. There were 6 children under 48 months in care. Ratio was discussed with the licensee during the routine inspection as were temporary placements.

  Observation. The sides of the outdoor stairs are not closed off and present an entrapment hazard. There are plastic bags and plastic sheeting accessible to children outside. There is a collapsed metal dog kennel and a ladder leaning outdoors.

  Observation. The rusty nails have been removed. A permanent gate and a small section of the fence needs to be completed. There are temporary barriers currently in place.

  Observation. The attendance lists indicate that at times there are up to 6 children in care under 48 months. The licensee was asked to produce the CCLR but she was unable to locate a copy and said that she thought she could have more younger children.
