  Observation. The licensee's CRC expires today and her spouse's expires tomorrow.

  Observation. The underside of the stairs as the risers create an entrapment hazard.

  The safety zone around play equipment does not generally extend 6 feet in all directions (swings should extend a minimum of 6 feet from the outer edge of the support structure on each side and the front and back of the swing should extend out a minimum distance of twice the height of the swing as measured from the ground to the swing hangers on support structure).

  Observation. There are not sufficient use zones around some of the equipment. If a child fell backwards from the rope ladder or climber, they would fall onto pavers are other objects.

  The entire outdoor play area is enclosed and constructed in a manner that is suitable for the age and development of children, and ensures that children are free of harm. [CCLR Sec. 16(3)(a)(b)]

  Observation. The fenced outdoor area has some large gaps under the fence and there is just a small bush preventing children from entering into the family use end of the yard that is enclosed with a hedge.
