  Observation. There is an unreported incident documented where a child fell and the parent took the child to the ER.

  Observation. The children's files did not contain parental consent for emergency medical treatment.

  Observation. One staff has an expired criminal record check and one staff does not have qualifications of an RA in the file, along with other missing documentation. The staff files are incomplete.

  Observation. Outstanding from April 24, 2024 routine inspection report. The file for the RA working in the program is incomplete. Since the routine inspection there has been a FoodSafe certificate posted for the staff acting as an RA and a letter written by the licensee contact/manager stating that the staff is an RA.

  Observation. There was only one of the two regular staff's certificate and first aid in the file in the room. No other staff documentation was in the staff file and there was no staff file for the morning staff.

  Staff are trained in the implementation of the fire drill system and the emergency plan, including the use of any equipment noted in the fire drill system and emergency plan. [CCLR Sec. 22(2)(a)]

  Observation. Staff was not sure of where all the emergency supplies for the program were located.
