    Observation. Outstanding from April 24, 2024 routine inspection report. The file for the RA working in the program is incomplete. Since the routine inspection there has been a FoodSafe certificate posted for the staff acting as an RA and a letter written by the licensee contact/manager stating that the staff is an RA.
