  Observation. The last emergency drill documented was in February.

  A healthy and safe environment is provided at all times [CCLR Sec. 13(1)].

  Observation. The parking lot has been freshly paved and painted but there is no barrier along the children's walking route along the facility that leads to the outdoor play area.

  Current policies and procedures that are intended to guide employees in the care and supervision of children are not kept. [CCLR Sec.56 (1)(d)] Topics of such policies should include but not be limited to: meaningful supervision of children both inside and outside the facility; meaningful interactions with children both inside and outside the facility; meal times; bottle-feeding; nap time practices; toileting/diapering.
