  Observation. Criminal records had not been received for all staff.

  Corrective action. Ensure that all staff have criminal record reviews.

  Observation. Licensee stated that fire drills had not been practiced or recorded in some time.

  Corrective action. Ensure that fire drill system is practiced at least once a month.

  Observation. Licensing observed that four children did not have medical service numbers on their files.

  Corrective action. Ensure that all children have the required medical insurance plan number on their files.

  Observation. Licensing observed that three staff had expired CRCs. This has been carried forward from October 2024 routine.

  Corrective action. Ensure all staff have valid criminal record checks.

  Observation. Four children under three years of age were in care in Multi-age care, Room 1. Licensee stated this occurs on occasion for half days as a child is transitioning to daycare.

  Corrective action. A Licensee must ensure that ages and numbers comply with categories on Licence. Action/s Required by Licensing: Follow Up Inspection to be conducted.
