  Observation. Licensing observed that four children in care were missing medical service numbers.

  Corrective action. Ensure that all children in care have medical service numbers on their files.

  Observation. A review of the Manager's file indicated that the criminal record review had expired August 21, 2022.

  Corrective action. Ensure that all staff have up to date criminal record reviews on file at the facility.

  Observation. In discussion with the Manager and observed by Licensing, the Early Childhood Educator certificate for a staff person had expired.

  Corrective action. Ensure that all staff have the required current certificates.
