  The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

  Observation. The girls’ bathroom, shared with the school, shows signs of wear, including a few missing floor tiles, worn caulking around the base of the toilets, and damage along the bottoms of the walls.

  Observation. No cleaning and sanitizing products were available for staff.

  Observation. No log of minor incidents was available for licensing review. Staff was not aware if there is a log of minor incidents.

  Observation. A sample for children records were reviewed. LO noted the reviewed records had no date of enrollment and no immunization status.

  Implementation of the fire drill system is practiced at least once each month, and implementation of the emergency plan is practiced at least once each year. [CCLR Sec. 22(2)(b)(c)]

  Observation. No records were available for licensing review.

  At all times children have immediate access to an employee who holds a valid first aid and CPR certificate, is knowledgeable respecting each child's medical condition, if any, and is capable of communicating with emergency personnel. [CCLR Sec. 23(1)]

  Observation. LO noted the only staff caring for children at the time of inspection had an expired first aid.
