As discussed during the inspection, it is an option for the child to bring medication back and forth between home and the facility, as long as staff confirm that the medication is present. Without the necessary medication, a child must not be present.

    Observation. One child's medication care plan described that the child brings the medication in their own back pack. Staff were not certain where to find this child's medication. As discussed during the inspection, it is ok for the child to bring medication back and forth between home and the facility, as long as staff confirm that the medication is present. Without the necessary medication, a child must not be present.

    Observation. One medication care plan has not been updated in the last year. The form was last signed in March 2020.

    Observation. Licensing was able to view the inspections for Ross Road, however the inspections for Eastview are taken to another location. The group that attends Eastview is split between two facilities.
