  Observation. Licensing Officer observed that one medication was not on site while the child was attending the program. As discussed during the inspection, it is an option for the child to bring medication back and forth between home and the facility, as long as staff confirm that the medication is present. Without the necessary medication, a child must not be present.

As discussed during the inspection, it is ok for the child to bring medication back and forth between home and the facility, as long as staff confirm that the medication is present.   Care plans are not reviewed at least once a year with a parent of the child requiring extra support and any person requested by the parent. [CCLR Sec. 58(2)(b)]

  Observation. One medication care plan has not been updated in the last year. The form was last signed in March 2020.

  Maintenance of Equipment: A log is kept of all inspections, maintenance and repairs. [Director of Licensing Standard of Practice - Safe Play Space]

  Observation. Licensing was able to view the inspections for Ross Road, however the inspections for Eastview are taken to another location. The group that attends Eastview is split between two facilities.
