    Observation. There are two areas in the back yard that pose a risk to children. The area immediately above the covered empty pond pace is a gap between the ground and the wire fencing. The area on the right side of the yard has a gap making the upper section of the yard accessible to children, this area is not safe for children's use.

    Observation. In the back yard near the veggie garden there is a piece of Rebar sticking out of the soil creating potential for injury should a child fall on it. The family BBQ and power washer are accessible to children.

    Observation. During the inspection it was observed that two children were sleeping on the carpet on the floor.
