Observation. As discussed today there is a requirement to inform parents on the food and drink given to children. As discussed this information can be written on a wipe off white board positioned by the sign in sheets/or written at the bottom of the sign in sheets.

Observation. Several staff files were incomplete today. As per our discussion please do an audit of the staff files and confirm that all staff have valid first aid certificates and CRC's. Use the staff checklist sent by email to confirm all required documents are on file.
