  Observation. Licensing audited 10 children's files and observed that one was missing a record of a medical practitioner.

  Corrective action. Ensure to keep for each child a record showing the following information: (d) name and number of a parent, medical practitioner and an emergency contact.

  Observation. Licensing audited 19 staff files and observed that one file was missing a record of immunization status.

  Corrective action. Ensure to not employ a person unless evidence is obtained that the person has complied with the Province's immunization control program.
