3070 - CCLR 57(2)(i) - A licensee must ensure that all indoor and outdoor play materials and equipment accessible to children are safely constructed, free from hazards and in good repair.
Observation. Licensing observed two pack n plays in the nap rooms with added mattresses to them. Manufacturers instructions state not to add any mattress to the pack n play. Licensee removed the mattresses while on site.
Corrective action. Ensure that all indoor equipment accessible to children are free from hazards.
