  Observation. Licensing observed no fire drill completed in September 2022.

  Corrective action. Ensure to practice implementing the fire drill system once per month.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed 5 of 13 children's files. One file was missing immunization status.

  Corrective action. Ensure to have a record for each child of immunization status.
