    Observation. LO observed and discussed the following with the Manager: -cleaning supplies stored under the sink (washroom) accessible to children. -fridge temperature was not maintained between 0 to 4 degrees Celsius.

    Observation. LO noted and discussed the following with the manager: Driver transporting the children to and from the facility does not hold a valid first aid and CPR certificate. The manager stated that the driver will be completing his training this weekend.
